While many have written and experienced the benefit of having a personal mission statement, vision statements are less well known. Where mission statements help us define ourselves and our purpose, vision statements give us direction for the future. In this article, we use the concepts of Daniel Pink's "Drive," to get at the heart of what motivates us and create a statement that will propel us toward a better future.
